MR. KETAN JHAVERI (B.Com (Hons). F.C.A.)

Mr. Ketan Jhaveri was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1973. He has an experience of more than 40 years in almost every facet of the profession. He has over the years acquired proficiency in Direct Tax Laws and Statutory Audits. . He carries out Statutory audits, Internal audits, Tax audits and Transfer pricing audit handled by the firm. Apart from advising clients on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings and appellate matters. He is also an expert on matters relating to Company Law & FEMA matters. Mr. Jhaveri actively pursues work for charitable causes in his personal capacity and also as the past president of the Lions Club.

MR. PRANAV JHAVERI (B.COM. M.COM, A.C.A, CFA LEVEL III CANDIDIATE)

Mr. Pranav Jhaveri passed his CA examination in November 2006. He worked with Kotak Investment Banking for 3.5 years in the Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) and the Capital Markets Group where he helped companies raise money by way of IPOâ€™s and Private Placements with Private Equity Investors. Previously he also had short stints with Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants (now merged with PWC) and Deloitte Corporate Finance. Since June 2011 he has joined K.S.Jhaveri & Co and is in charge of the Accounting, Taxation and Valuation assignments for the firm.
